Frequently asked questions
Do you offer printing services? Can you mail my order to me?
I'm so sorry, but I am unable to offer printing services since I have four small children at home. All of my products are DIY printable files. You will receive your order digitally, via email only. Please make sure your current email address is on your Etsy account, as that is the email address I will be using to contact you.
Can you give me some printing suggestions? I can't/don't want to print from home.
1. Upload your jpeg file to a photo finisher, such as Wal-Mart, Walgreens, Snapfish, etc. & have them printed as you would any digital photo. I recommend a matte finish.
2. Wal-Mart now offers a product called "stationery paper" (matte card stock) for 5x7 and 4x8 size cards/invitations. Upload a jpeg file to their site & choose this option. You will receive envelopes with your purchase.
3. Take your PDF file to a local printer, such as Office Depot, FedEx Office, Kinko's, etc. (I have many customers recommend Office Depot especially). I recommend having them printed on heavy matte card stock for a professional look. I am always happy to put 2-3 cards to a page (depending on size), which will help with printing costs.
Where can I find envelopes?
Amazon and PaperSource are two great online options for ordering envelopes. You can also check your local Hobby Lobby or Michael's. Some places that print your cards/invitations will send envelopes with your order.
5x7 inch invitations need A7 envelopes.
4x6 inch invitations need A6 envelopes.
3.5x4.5 inch valentines need A1 envelopes.
Do you offer matching party accessories to coordinate with your invitations?

These can be purchased separately {a la carte} or in small, medium, or large party packs (you will save by purchasing the party packs!)
Do you offer custom designs?
At this time I am not able to accept requests for custom (made from scratch) orders. I can sometimes modify existing designs to suit your needs - please feel free to inquire. Thanks for understanding.
What is your turnaround time?
Current turnaround is 1-3 business days (usually 1-2!) after I receive an order & all the information for personalizing. You will receive everything VIA EMAIL - no tangible items will be shipped. I can't edit shipping times to 0 days, but please know you will receive your files sooner than Etsy shows :)

I have four children at home & while I do my best to get your proof to you as soon as possible, my family always comes first! I also do not work on Sundays & most weekends, I try to save Saturdays for family time. Thank you for understanding! :)
Can I change the colors on a design?
Some of my designs can have the colors changed - others cannot. Please contact me to see if I can accommodate your request.

No proofs will be started until after an order is placed and payment has been received.
Because colors vary based on your monitor and/or printer, you are strongly encouraged to print a sample of your file before printing them all. If the colors don't turn out as you were wanting, please let me know, and I will do my best to fix them to your liking. I am not responsible, however, for refunding you money for the cards you already had printed.
