PLEASE NOTE WHEN ORDERING GIFTS FOR THE HOLIDAYS;
Most orders are shipped via USPS and come with NO tracking. Adding a tracking number domestically is a SEPARATE option you can add to your orders. Due to shipping delays from the holidays, please allow extra time for delivery.
If you need any orders with BunnyBrushArt before Christmas, please consider ordering by December 12th at the very latest to be able to receive it before the holiday. Bear in mind that once I drop off your package to the post office and mark it shipped, it is unfortunately out of my hands from there and in the possession of USPS and cannot be guaranteed when the orders will reach you at that point. Orders are NOT refundable. Please take this into consideration,, especially if you are attempting to order for the holidays.
We now ship internationally to Canada! Because I cannot offer tracking with these orders, allow an extra 1-3 weeks to receive your packages.

Why is your international shipping costs so expensive?
This is based off of the price according to my US postal office. I will be looking into ways to lower this price but for now, this is unfortunately the price I was given.
Do you do commissions?
Yes! I now offer commissions for custom art prints AND twitch emotes! Check out the commission listings in my Etsy shop, or message me for details and pricing.
Why is your shipping estimate so long?
Generally, the shipping does not take as long as I have listed. I try my best to have your items shipped out within 2-4 business days so long as my products are in stock when something is purchased. I mark it as 1-2 weeks to ship to give extra time JUST in case. If you need an order for a specific date, please let me know BEFORE ordering and I will work with you to ensure it arrives in time.
