Jennifer Montagnino comenzó a hacer velas como pasatiempo en 2008 y a hacer jabón para ella y su familia en 2014. Le gustaba tanto hacer velas que quería compartirlas con todos, así que en 2010 tuvo su propio negocio exitoso de fabricación de velas llamado Burning Tears Candles. En 2015 se tomó un descanso y se centró en su familia y carrera. Ahora que los hijos de Jennifer se han graduado y son adultos jóvenes, ha decidido crear de nuevo y traer esa alegría de vuelta a su vida. Quería incorporar la fabricación de jabón en su línea de velas, por lo que trabajó en el cambio de marca en 2020 y nació Monte Bella Candle & Soap, Co.

Monte Bella significa "hermosa montaña". La familia de Jennifer es italiana, y su apellido significa "pequeña montaña". Mientras su padre estaba en la Marina, solían llamarlo Monte para abreviar. Mientras reflexionaba sobre el cambio de nombre, pensó que este pequeño saludo a su apellido era el toque perfecto para el renacimiento de su compañía.

Monte Bella Candle and Soap, Co. utiliza productos naturales como cera de soja 100% en las velas. Todas las velas están libres de tinte y son aptas para veganos. Las mechas son ecológicas y libres de plomo y zinc. Los aceites de fragancia se mezclan con aceites esenciales naturales, libres de ftalatos y parabenos. Cada vela hecha se hace en pequeños lotes y se vierte a mano por Jennifer.

Monte Bella Candle and Soap, Co. utiliza aceites orgánicos, arcillas y productos botánicos orgánicos en la fabricación de jabón. Jennifer utiliza el método de proceso frío a la antigua usanza para hacer su jabón natural. Jennifer vive en Atlanta, Georgia y su creatividad proviene de la naturaleza. Le encanta viajar y caminar, siempre se detiene para disfrutar de lo que nuestra madre tierra nos ha dado. También le gusta cultivar sus propias hierbas. Estas experiencias le dan la inspiración que pone en su trabajo. Los aromas del aire brumoso de la montaña, los aromas del bosque y cada flor que se detiene a oler mientras está de excursión.

Jennifer ha asistido a muchos festivales, mercados de agricultores y exposiciones de arte y artesanía en todo el estado de Georgia e incluso en el sur hasta el soleado estado de Florida. También ha realizado piezas centrales para bodas, ha creado favores para fiestas de cumpleaños, bodas y baby showers.

Jennifer actualmente está tomando cursos de herbolaria con The Herbal Academy para mejorar su conocimiento existente de hierbas, arcillas, aceites esenciales y productos botánicos con el fin de continuar proporcionándole los mejores ingredientes naturales de calidad en sus productos.

Jennifer Montagnino started making candles as a hobby in 2008 and making soap for herself and family in 2014. She enjoyed making candles so much she wanted to share them with everyone, so in 2010 she had her own successful candle making business called Burning Tears Candles. In 2015 she took a hiatus and to focus on her family and career. Now that Jennifer’s children have graduated and are young adults, she has decided to create again and bring that joy back into her life. She wanted to incorporate soap making into her candle line, so she worked on rebranding in 2020 and Monte Bella Candle & Soap, Co was born.

Monte Bella means “beautiful mountain”. Jennifer’s family is Italian, and her last name means “little mountain”. While her father was in the Navy, they used to call him Monte for short. As she pondered around with the name change, she thought this little salute to her family name was just the perfect touch to the rebirth of her company.

Monte Bella Candle and Soap, Co. uses natural products like 100% soy wax in the candles. All candles are free of dye and vegan friendly. Wicks are eco friendly and free of lead and zinc. The fragrance oils are blended with natural essential oils, phthalate and paraben free. Every candle made is done in small batches and hand poured by Jennifer.

Monte Bella Candle and Soap, Co. uses organic oils, clays and organic botanicals in soap making. Jennifer uses the old fashion cold process method to make her natural soap. The luxury butters and oils will leave your skin feeling wonderful and the scents will leave you feeling invigorating in the shower and bath.

Jennifer lives in Atlanta, Georgia and her creativity all comes from nature. She loves traveling and hiking, she always stops to take in what our mother earth has given us. She also enjoys growing her own herbs. These experiences give her the inspiration that she puts into her work. The scents of the misty mountain air, scents from the woods and each flower she stops to smell while she’s on her hike.

Jennifer has attended many festivals, farmers markets and art and craft shows all throughout the State of Georgia and even down south to the sunny State of Florida. She has also made center pieces for weddings, has created favors for birthday parties, weddings and baby showers.

Jennifer is currently taking herbalism courses with The Herbal Academy to enhance her existing knowledge of herbs, clays, essential oils and botanicals in order to continue to provide you with the best natural quality ingredients in her products.
