No. Every kit is a DIY kit of pre-cut parts that you assemble yourself, with its LED light set included. Each listing shows the difficulty, the build time and what's in the box.

Check "Before you build" in the listing. Batteries for the lights aren't included, and the listing names the type where we've confirmed it. Where a kit doesn't include glue, the listing says so. Tweezers, a craft knife, a cutting mat and good light all help.

Specialist kit makers design and manufacture them. We choose each kit and test-build it in England before it joins the shop. Our own original designs are planned for 2027.

Message us with a photo. Missing, faulty, incorrect or delivery-damaged parts, and pieces broken during your first build, are replaced free with postage included, subject to availability, with no time limit, and you don't need to send the kit back. Accidental damage after the build is finished, and parts lost after opening, aren't covered, but we'll supply parts at cost where we can.

Yes. Send us a photo and the step number through Etsy messages and we'll talk you through it. If words and pictures aren't enough, we can film a short video of that step to show how it fits together.

UK delivery is free with Royal Mail Tracked 24, dispatched within 1 working day (Monday to Friday). International delivery is available, and the cost is shown at checkout.

Yes, within 30 days of delivery: message us first. The kit should come back unused and in its original condition, and the buyer pays return postage. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are always our responsibility, and your statutory rights are not affected.

Look at "Difficulty" and "Build time" in each listing's At a glance section. Beginner kits take about 2–4 hours; advanced kits can take a weekend or more.
