The bag itself is absolutely beautiful and the quality is amazing — you can really tell it’s made with care. Shortly after it arrived, the buckles on the shoulder strap unfortunately started to break and wouldn’t close properly anymore. I contacted her to let her know, and she responded in the sweetest and kindest way. She explained that these closures were new, thanked me for the feedback, and said she wouldn’t continue using them now that she knows about the issue. Without hesitation, she immediately sent me a completely new strap with different buckles. Such thoughtful and professional customer service! Because of how kindly and quickly she handled everything, I would absolutely order from her again. Highly recommend — beautiful craftsmanship
