Do you supply envelopes for your projects?
I would prefer to have the client provide the envelopes and ship to me. However, for a fee plus cost of materials, I can source envelopes/placecards for the client.
I'd like to hire you! How does it work?
First, please contact me and let me know that you're interested- I'm so excited to work with you! I'll send you a custom quote and set up a listing for your deposit, which is normally 50% of the total project cost.
Next, I will give you an address for you to ship the envelopes (including 20% extra) to me and give you a turnaround time for the project.
I will also need a PDF/Word Doc/Excel sheet of all names and addresses for your project, including titles (Mr./Mrs./Dr.).
After your envelopes/placecards are beautifully calligraphed, I will ship them back to you!
I live in/near Philadelphia. Can we meet in person to talk about my calligraphy needs?

I have a font that I'd like to use for my envelopes/placecards but it's very different from your offerings. What can I do?
Please contact me about custom font options- I can normally replicate fonts fairly well with enough practice! Depending in the font, this could incur a custom fee of anywhere from $15-$50.
Do I have to pay taxes on my purchase?
You will have to pay Pennsylvania/Philadelphia sales taxes if you reside in either location, as CalligraPhilly is a Philadelphia-based shop.
What constitutes a job being a rush order?
A rush order is a job when I have less than a week for small-medium (under 100 envelopes) and less than two weeks for large jobs (not including shipping time). Please contact me for custom pricing for rush orders.
