I was really excited about working with Jessie on the interior design of my combined Living/Dining room but this has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life so far. She doesn't respond to emails for days on end. After completing the design questionnaire, she did not get back to me for more than a week - no acknowledgement, no updates whatsoever. I thought she would put time and effort into designing, but what I received was a shoddy, useless design that looked like it was put together in a rush. Some of the links in the source list don't even point to the correct sources. When I click on the link for entryway mirror, it takes me to apple.com. I am disappointed that she didn't even keep my preferences in mind when designing the mood board. A complete waste of time and money, I terribly regret my decision!!

Peach, I sincerely apologize for your disappointment. Our clients’ happiness is my highest priority, and as mentioned, I’ll honor our two revision guarantee, to hopefully provide you with a design of your liking. There is clearly a misunderstanding regarding emails, as I responded to your questionnaire the next day, informing you that I’d best be able to review it within the next few days - at which point I did, and exchanged email with you again. Many days went into designing your living and dining spaces, so it truly saddens me that you’re so dissatisfied with the mood board. As for the incorrect link, this is something that I can easily get to you. I am still happy to work towards a design that you love, should you change your mind. Jessie
