Announcement   My Shop is basically a little bit of everything. I knit, crochet, make shawls, scarves, hats, handbags and Jewelry. I make everything myself, or if purchased, I embellish or alter it to make it my own. I plan to list supplies and kits. My latest passion is making jewelry from raw copper and enameled jewelry. I plan to list pieces when I am happy with how they look! So stay tuned and look me up occasionally. I appreciate the looks as well as the compliments.

Welcome to Caramia Designs! You will find a host of different items all hand made by me. The only exception is some vintage jewelry I have collected along the way and some supply items. Thank you for browsing.

Payment
I accept Pay Pal and any major credit cards.
Shipping
I believe I have a fair shipping policy within the US and to other countries, and I am more that happy to ship anywhere in the world.
Be aware that I am NOT responsible for any additional charges countries impose on purchases in the form of VAT ( value added tax), or customs charges. Once a package leaves the US, I have no control over these charges.
Refunds and Exchanges
I would prefer to solve a problem via email or convo first, as I would like to know what is wrong and if I can do something to fix it. If after that the person is still unhappy with the product, a refund will be given with 3 days of being received, with the buyer paying the shipping charges. If a purchase is damaged due to the shipping process a full refund will be given including shipping charges. The bottom line is I want my customers to be happy with their purchase and buying experience with my shop.
Additional policies and FAQs
I don't at this time do custom orders, but welcome people asking if something can be made in a different color, something removed, an extension added or whatever. I will do my best to try and accommodate whenever possible.
