If your package is delayed please visit the USPS website and request email updates on your tracking number to track its progress. Your local post office will have more information then I will on the progress of shipments. Please order ahead of time!!
Ordering from me is often a personal experience. But please understand, most items are made to order... allow me time to make yours.

Tracking an order.
Carrabelle is not responsible for errors made by the United States Post Office. I promise to ship within stated lead time. However, if your item is delayed past an "estimated arrival date" we apologize, but that is something that is outside of our control and recommend that you file a complaint with the USPS.
Tell me about osnaburg
I love using osnaburg fabric. Its a natural heavily woven cotton. It has a nice texture that many compare to linen or burlap. Many of my designs are very dense, and it takes the stitches better than a flat fabric. Sometimes there is a random thread that doesn't take the color or bleach.Just like you'd see in linen or burlap. There aren't a lot of them, sometimes we won't see one in a project, other times you'll get one or two. They are super small, visualize a single thread woven in about an inch of the fabric. The fabric may also have a slub, this is not a snag, with a hole as if you snagged a sweater. Nature doesn't create cotton uniformly and most embrace the organic look. Neither are flaws.
