Frequently asked questions

Does the artwork match the original?

My covers are designed to match the original artwork as closely as possible. However, quality depends on the best available scans, so slight differences in color, brightness, or resolution may occur.

For more obscure titles, source material may be limited, which can affect print quality. If you’re unsure, feel free to message me before ordering so I can show you what’s available.

All prints are produced on Photo Matte Paper (NOT glossy), so the finish will differ from original sleeves.

Why does it take time to ship my order? Where is my tracking number?

All items are made to order, and my current processing time is 7–10 business days. Orders are completed in the order they are received to ensure quality and consistency.

Tracking information is provided once your order has been completed and shipped. Estimated processing and shipping times are also shown at checkout.

I appreciate your patience—each order is carefully crafted to ensure the best possible result.

I am not satisfied with my order. What should I do?

Please review the Item Description and FAQ before ordering so you know exactly what to expect. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, I encourage you to contact me first.

I’m always happy to work with you and will do my best to resolve any issues and make things right. Your satisfaction is important to me, and clear communication goes a long way.

I no longer want my item. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are accepted within 6 hours of purchase. After that time, orders may already have been sent to production and cannot be canceled.

Please be sure you review all listing details and your order carefully before purchasing.

Why don’t you accept returns or refunds?

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of my products, returns and refunds are not accepted. Each item is created specifically for you and orders generally cannot be resold.

If there is an error on my end (such as receiving the wrong item or a defect), please contact me and I will make it right.

Please review all listing details carefully before placing your order.

Care instructions or Issues With Orders

All orders are carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping. Artwork is shipped in a flat reinforced mailer with added cardboard for protection.

Please do not use knives or sharp objects to open your package, as this may damage the contents. Packages are designed to be opened easily by hand.

Damage caused by opening the package with a blade or sharp object is not the responsibility of the shop.

If there is any issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can review and assist. If a replacement is approved, it must be used or claimed within 15 days of the original agreement.

Requests made outside of these time frames will not be eligible for replacement.

Shipping Address & Delivery Issues

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders are shipped to the address provided, and changes cannot be made after purchase.

Once your order is shipped, delivery times are handled by the postal service and may vary. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please check with your local post office or carrier for further assistance.

Why do you use Photo Matte paper instead of glossy photo paper?

I use Photo Matte paper because it is more stable for long-term storage inside plastic cases. Glossy photo paper can sometimes react with the plastic over time, leading to sticking, peeling, or discoloration.

Photo Matte avoids these issues and provides a durable, collector-friendly finish designed to last. With proper care, your cover art will maintain its quality for years to come.

Custom and personalized orders

I offer custom and personalized orders for many titles. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, feel free to reach out—I may be able to create it for you.

Game covers are restored and reproduced from the best available scan sources. Due to the age and variation of original materials, slight differences in color, tone, or resolution may occur. Every effort is made to improve and standardize artwork where possible, but exact uniformity cannot always be guaranteed.

For some custom projects—especially when original materials do not exist—I may use AI-assisted tools to help recreate or design elements (such as back covers) while maintaining a style consistent with the original era.

Proofs Policy

Preview images may be provided upon request when possible. However, due to order volume and production scheduling, proofs are not guaranteed for every order.

If you would like a preview, please request one when placing your order.
