This mug is beautiful! The pictures can’t do it justice. It looks like a simple, cute design, which is true, but there’s also something very special about it. I gave this to my boyfriend for his birthday, and he loves it so much that he has decided to display it in one of our hutches for now, rather than use it. He doesn’t want anything to happen to it. So that’s what I mean about it having something special about it. It has the feel of a sentimental piece, rather than being just another coffee cup. In addition to the quality craftsmanship, I would be hard-pressed to find a shop with better customer service. Anja went far above and beyond to correct a shipping issue that occurred. She is delightful to work with on orders, and I sincerely plan to be a customer for many years. I’d give Cat and Raven ten stars if I could!
