Hello! I'm Chea, the founder of CG Empowered.
CG Empowered was created from my own journey of burnout, self-discovery, and learning to create a life that feels more aligned with who I truly am. Like many women, I spent years pouring my energy into work, responsibilities, and caring for others before realizing I had lost connection with myself.
That realization became the beginning of something new.
Today, I create thoughtful products that encourage women to pause, reflect, reconnect, and move forward with intention. Every journal, mindset card, digital download, and creative resource is designed to support personal growth, emotional awareness, and meaningful life transitions.
