These are any special request and made to order items that are not currently listed in our shop.
These include color changes or embellishments that require supplies being ordered in on existing listings.

- It is recommended that you do not wash your tutu's... they will get a wrinkled look to them and are almost impossible to fix. They can be spot cleaned and left hanging to dry.

- The best way to straighten out your tutus is to brush through them with your fingers, flip them inside out and brush, as well.

- You can also leave your tutu hanging in the bathroom with the shower on hot. The steam can help straighten your tutu.

- If you purchase an item with an iron on, wash it in cold and we highly recommend air drying. If you must dry, turn it inside out and don't use high heat.

Our items come either in clear bags or tissue paper, depending on the item. If this item is for a gift, please send us a note at check out or a message and we would be happy to present it as a gift, with no charge.

- We now use calculated shipping for all orders, versus estimates. Your rate is the actual postal service rate, automated by etsy based on your zipcode, plus a handling charge for shipping supplies and package pick up.

- Note that for USPS Shipping, first class shipping is 3-5 days. Priority is 2-3 day. Priority express is 2 day. Media and Parcel Select are 2-9 days. International shipping varies.

- Once shipped and in the hands of the post office we will do everything we can to assist you, but Chacha Tutu can not be held responsible for postal service delays. If you notice a delay once the post office has the item, please reach out to us as soon as possible to try to correct the issue. We are GLAD to help.

- Shipping upgrades are not rush orders. If you upgrade your shipping we will still go by the scheduled production time and we will expedite your package to you as soon as it is ready.

- Please note, if you do need your order ASAP, that we do offer a rush item option in the shop that will put your order at the front of the line for production.

-All items are diligently inspected prior to shipping. If you find a flaw, contact us to discuss an exchange.

- Custom Orders: Refunds are not available on custom orders, unless there is a shop error. Custom orders typically have to have supplies ordered in. When these items are returned, we are out supplies, time, and shipping with little to no possibility of re-sale.

- Refunds are NOT eligible for items that have been worn/played in. Item must be returned in the same condition it was shipped in. Amount of refund is determined upon receipt and inspection of item.

- If you return a brand new, unworn item due to a change of mind, we will refund the cost of the item, but the shipping both ways is not the responsibility of Chacha Tutu.

- Holiday items - Holiday themed items are not eligible for refund after the holiday has passed.

- We are not responsible for errors with the USPS (lost or delayed packages, etc), but we will do our best to work with you and help you with the issue.

- Leave all special requests in notes upon check out. This includes date requirements, color changes, and custom requests of any size. It gets hectic at times and we can not be held responsible for remembering every request from messages. If a request is made after purchase we will add a note to the order manually, but please do try to add the note at purchase to prevent any oversights.

Production time is the time it takes to make an order after purchase, as all of our items are handmade and made to order.

We are currently operating at a ***10 DAYS*** production time.

This means once we receive your payment, your item will ship two weeks, or less. If you need it sooner, you will find a rush option in the add on section of our shop.

Shipping upgrades do not reduce production time.
