5 out of 5 starsI love my new custom passport wallet. No more searching my bag for my family's passports or travel documents. I love how fabric is fun in bright so it stands out if it's set down. I also like it has a landyard to free my hands when going through security checks with small children at the airport. It has several pockets and zippers to keep everything in its place. I can even fit my phone inside it. Elvira made it exactly as I envisioned. Her skills are exceptional. Please buy one for your family. I promise you will not be disappointed.

She had lots of patience with me as I couldn't make up my mind. Got package and it was packed with care and well packed. Product is great! Love it! Would order from her again!!! 👍👍

SHIPPING
Your order is shipped from Guwahati, Assam – in the Northeast of India
Standard Shipping is via Post (Registered Air Mail) with an estimated 2-4 WEEKS delivery time. This shipping mode is more economical but may not be tracked once it is outside the Indian border.
For certain items, we will send them via FedEx.
SHIPPING UPGRADE: Please contact us if you prefer faster delivery.
All the estimated delivery time (EDT) depends on Custom Checking and Clearance and also transit time in each country. We are not in any way responsible for the delay due to this.
What is your delivery policy?
Your order will be shipped from India to your ETSY ADDRESS via FedEx with end to end tracking number. Please make sure that your address filed in Etsy is up to date. Or you can convo me if you want it to be sent to another address. Any changes of address after your item is shipped will cost extra.
Customs fees have to be borne by the buyer. You can request additional receipts/invoices for paperwork.

What is your return policy?
We take great care in creating all of our products to ensure your satisfaction. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to me directly via Etsy Convo or at chezvies.handmade@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned unused and in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned item. Please note, there will be no refund if negative feedback is left without first contacting us.
Items that cannot be returned
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Intimate items including Face Masks (for health/hygiene reasons)
• Items on sale

My package is marked delivered, but I don't have it! Can I get a refund?
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure a safe delivery location for their package. In the event that the package is marked as delivered but not received, refunds will not be available. We suggest checking with your neighbors or your local post office and/or filing a police report if this occurs.
How to pay via Paypal without having a Paypal Account?
Here’s how:
Check your email inbox for an email from us that includes the money request or invoice.
Click the Pay Now button in the email. (If you don’t see it, click the link in the email, or copy and paste the link into your browser’s address bar.)
If you already have a PayPal account, enter your password and click Log In.
Review the money request or invoice, and then click Pay Now to complete your transaction.
To create a new PayPal account and pay using your new account, click Continue and follow the instructions.
To pay without creating a PayPal account, click debit or Credit Card.

Gift wrapping and packaging
Gift wrapping service is available free of cost. Please include personal message you want to be written on the card at the message to seller box during the check out.
I received the wrong items, can I get a refund?
This a very rare case, but should this happen please contact me directly with picture of the said products/items that has been wrongly dispatched. I'd be glad to remedy the situation.
