Due to the time it takes to create your designs, proofs are not available prior to purchase and payment. This includes color, layout, and font changes.

However, it is my goal to ensure every customer leaves my shop with a product they love so we will work together to make sure you love your design before I print. Additional fees apply to revisions beyond those listed in the item description.

I recommend that you order at least 10% more than the number of invites on your guest list. This allows for guest list additions and changes - as well as a few for keepsakes :)

Please note, that the minimum quantity for reprint orders is (25). If you have placed an order that I haven't already printed, please let me know prior to proof approval how many additional invites you would like and I'll send you an invoice for the balance. Thank you!!

To ensure the best finished products, I do not offer printable invitations at this time ----- If you would like a web-sized invite for use as an 'evite' please message me and I'll set up a listing for you.

If the proof process has not already begun, your order can be cancelled and refunded within 24 HOURS of purchase, minus an $8 cancellation processing charge. If the proof process has begun, no refund will be issued as I have already done the work on your order.

Yes! All non US orders require a physical address (no PO Boxes) and a telephone number

• Orders to anywhere other than the US and Canada, are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx and rates vary from $30-50+ depending on order size

• The shipping rate charged at the time of order placement is an estimate and you may be refunded or charged for any shipping overages prior to dispatch

• Orders are typically printed and shipped to you within 10-14 days of design approval. However, any delays incurred due to customs are not within my control and at least 2 weeks should be added to your required date of arrival.

There are no refunds or exchanges for any instant download item as they are accessible immediately after purchase.

|| Please note that all instant download designs have been quality checked and test printed prior to listing for sale. They are all high resolution files perfect for professional or home use. Please check for adequate printer ink, printer calibration or adjust printer settings if you encounter an issue. You may also try using a different printer or put the file on a jump drive and take it to a local print shop.
