All ribbons will be shipped the same/next day and belts within 7-9 business days or please use the rush fee. USPS only. I will ship the same day if the ribbon is purchased by 1 pm est.
Tracking is always provided within the US. International shipping can take up to 2 months before I consider it lost so please plan for international orders.

Sizing details
Kids belts are based on clothing size, not age. Please purchase according. All hook and loop belts are based on a waist size taken at the belt line over clothing. Adult belts are based on pant size, not belt size. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Custom and personalized orders
I can add a name, initials, one letter, or a phone number to any item. Please choose the appropriate dropdown at checkout and add info in the note to the seller. I will confirm the details and make it EXACTLY as you sent it.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR ANYTHING CUSTOM.
Care instructions
Belts, collars and key fob can be machine washed but hand washed it recommended.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I welcome international orders! Please be aware of the following points when ordering:
•VAT is NOT included in the price you will pay to me, & your country may impose customs fees on imported goods which are not shipping related charges, and are the responsibility of the buyer to pay.

•To be compliant with US laws, the customs form will reflect the price you paid and will be marked as “merchandise”.
•If your package is returned unclaimed, you'll be refunded less original shipping upon receipt of the item in its original unused condition.
What happens if there is an error or defect in my order?
If your order is damaged in transit or you notice a defect in the item, I’ll repair, replace or refund your order if you follow these steps first: 1) Contact me within 7 days of receiving a damaged or defective item(s), 2) take pictures of damaged packaging and/or damaged/defective item(s), & send the pictures to me, and retain all original packaging, 3) Complete an insurance affidavit if applicable affirming the status as damaged, 4) I may require you to return item before a refund or replacement is sent and if so then I will pay for both return shipping to me and back to you. I'll be glad to repair, replace (if same materials are available) or refund original price, including shipping, if you cooperate with these steps. Thank you.
