Will the products I purchased be shipped to me?
No. ALL products in our store are instant digital downloads. No products will be shipped to you.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
No. ALL instant downloads from our shop do not qualify for returns or exchanges. It is also part of the Etsy's policy. If you have any problems with the files after downloading, please refer to the FAQs page in the zip folder. If you have questions about the product after downloading it, please reach out to us.
What PDF Software do I need to open your files?
You will need the latest version of Adobe Reader to open and print our PDF documents. You can download Adobe Reader for free at https://get.adobe.com/reader/
If you use a MAC computer, you’ll still need to download Adobe Reader in order to open and print our PDF documents. On MAC computers, PDFs are automatically opened with Apple Preview (set at default by Apple).
What does it mean if the product is EDITABLE?
Certain products in our store include an "EDITABLE" component that is in a blue highlighted textbox. This allows the users to edit the text to their own words such as "Name, Date, and etc...". Only that selected "EDITABLE" component can be edited via Adobe Reader. NO other parts of the product will be EDITABLE.
