WHO WE ARE
Claylicious is a handmade pottery studio based in Los Angeles, California, run by Eshkar Butbul. We sell through our Etsy shop at etsy.com/shop/claylicious. For any privacy questions, please contact us through Etsy Conversations.

WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you place an order, Etsy shares with us the information needed to fulfil it: your name, shipping address, and order details. If you request a personalized item (such as a custom pet name on a bowl), you provide that information directly. If you message us, we see the content of those messages. If you join our VIP Club email list, we collect your email address.
We do not collect your payment information. All payments are processed securely by Etsy and their payment partners — we never see your card details.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information only to:

Make, pack, and ship your order
Communicate with you about your order (tracking, delays, questions)
Create personalized items as requested
Process returns or refunds where applicable
Send VIP Club emails to subscribers who have opted in (you can unsubscribe any time)

We do not use your information for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

WHO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH
We share your information only as needed to get your order to you:

Etsy (the platform that processes your order and payment)
Shipping carriers such as USPS and UPS (your name and address only)
Our email platform, if you have subscribed to the VIP Club

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for their own marketing purposes.

CUSTOMER PHOTOS AND REVIEWS
If you leave a review or share a photo, that information is publicly visible on our Etsy shop. We may share customer photos on our Instagram (@clayliciousla) with your permission.

YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you. You may also withdraw consent for VIP Club emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
To make a request, please contact us through Etsy Conversations. We will respond within 30 days.
California residents: under the CCPA, you have the right to know what personal information we have collected, request its deletion, and opt out of the sale of your data. We do not sell your data.
EEA and UK residents: we process your data on the basis of contract performance (to fulfil your order) and, where applicable, your consent (for marketing emails). You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you are unhappy with how we handle your data.

DATA RETENTION
We retain order and communication records as long as required by law (typically 7 years for tax purposes) or to resolve any disputes related to your purchase.

SECURITY
Payments are handled entirely by Etsy. We never access your card or banking details. We take reasonable steps to protect any information shared with us, but no internet transmission is completely secure.

CHILDREN
Our shop is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent update.
