The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Refunds will be worked out on a per case basis. For most items, a refund would have to be discussed within a week of receiving the object. If something became damaged in the mail I'd be willing to fix it, unless it's not repairable and then we'll have to work something out whether it's a refund, replacing, or remaking the object.
I currently tend to ship items out weekly on Wednesdays, but update Thursdays to give a more accurate shipping time! I ask for up to two weeks for made to order items. Shipping times may increase if I am at a convention, waiting on supplies, or am out of town. My store will normally be closed for conventions as some items may sell out during attendance! If you would like tracking/extra confirmation on small, thin objects (stickers, patches, prints) please contact me BEFORE you order!

I use USPS for all of my shipping and they are trying their best at the moment so I appreciate your patience! Patches are typically sent in glassine bags which is a smooth, translucent paper and so is biodegradable and recyclable. Sometimes I also will reuse plastic from other packages I receive as I am trying to reduce waste and encourage reuse of these baggies!
