All photographs and mock-ups in my shop have been designed and taken by me. Photographs include what the items look like, before and after print, along with physical images of my items. Mock-ups show you what your image/design will look like before the finished print. I predominantly work with sublimation, so please be aware that the mock-ups I upload are generated digitally, and may differ from the final product because of the substrate I am working with.

All images on this website are subject to my copyright - these are not bought images or downloaded from a third-party source. Under no circumstances must these images be used by you the customer. You must not download these images to your own device and use these images in any way which infringes my copyright, unless express permission has been granted. If you wish to use any of my images, please reach out to me.

You will only be able to cancel, and I can only offer refunds, if I haven't started printing your order. Please kindly respect that if I have begun work, you will be unable to cancel your order and I will have to complete the work for you.

Due to the nature of my personalising service, I cannot offer refunds, unless your item arrives damaged or defective. All items are checked thoroughly before being sent out and are packaged well. You will need to provide photographs of any damaged item as well as the state of the packaging. This is so I can claim on my insurance.

If you need your order urgently, please mark it as urgent and choose the appropriate postage option. I will prioritise the orders from high priority to low priority. Please note that once it leaves me, I cannot control the postage service, but please reach out to me should you experience any issues.
