After you make a purchase, we will contact you through Etsy mail and guide you through the process. We use Google Sheets, a web-based program that lets you edit a spreadsheet directly in your web browser—no special software is required. Since the program is cloud-based, it automatically saves your changes to our drive. All you have to do is fill out the spreadsheet and let us know when you are done.
Requirements: good internet connection and desktop.

If you feel more comfortable using Excel or Numbers, you can send us your own spreadsheet.

To further help you with the process, we will send you a PDF guide.

You will receive a proof within 1-2 business days through your Etsy Mail. Read every word in the piece several times before approving. Check spelling and grammar. Make sure that all information is included and correct. Review and respond within 24 hours, any delays may prolong the turnaround time. After you approve the proof, no additional changes will be possible at that point. We do not take responsibility for any inaccuracies or missing details after your final approval.

If you are personalizing an item on a mobile device, you are limited to only replacing the text and replacing images. You will need to use a desktop or laptop computer to access additional features. Google Chrome is the recommended browser for using the editor. Not all features may be available or show in other browsers. If you don't have Google Crome, you can download it for free.

There are two ways you can access your purchased Corjl template:
1) Through a Link; Corjl will send you an email that contains a link which you can use to Log In and access your template. If you didn't receive an email, please check your Junk Folder, also make sure you are checking an email associated with your Etsy account.

2) Go to www.corjl.com and click on Customer Login. In order to access your order, create an account if you are a first time user or log in if you already have a Corjl account. After you are signed in, you will be prompt to enter Etsy Order ID. Your Etsy Order ID can be found in your Etsy Account by going to You-Purchases and Reviews and clicking on the Receipt button. Make sure to Copy an Order#, not the Transaction#.

Moving Text:
Text can be moved (if available by touching the text and dragging it to a new area.

Remove Unwanted Text:
To remove unwanted text on the design, simply double-tap on the unwanted text and delete the text in editing box.

Computer or Laptop:
Select the text you want to resize, then choose a number or enter it in the drop-down box in
the tools panel.

You can choose to rotate a text by right-clicking on a text box. Selecting 0 degrees will return the text box to its original position. You can also rotate a text box by hovering on the white dot at the top of the box and clicking and dragging in the direction you wish to rotate.

Mobile Devices:
To resize text, select by tapping on the text you wish to resize and use the grey corner anchors to drag it inward or outward.

Tap on the text you want to tilt or rotate and touch the white circle above it. While holding down on the white circle, rotate your finger in the direction you want to rotate the text

Computer or Laptop:
Align-to-Artboard: Right-Click on text box, select 'Align to Artboard' and choose options to align a text box to the top, bottom, far left, far right, vertical center or horizontal center of the artboard.

Adjust Character and Line Spacing: To adjust the spacing between letters/lines, select the text you want to change, then click on the line or height spacing icons and adjust using the sliding bars or by manually entering a number.

When you are done with your changes to the design, tap on the “Save” icon that is located on the lower menu. You may save and download the file/s as many times as you like, but be sure to do a final save before downloading.
When ready to download, tap the “Download” icon from the bottom menu to begin the download process. Choose options that suit your needs best. After selecting the file type, tap the NEXT button to download the file.

Note: When using an iPhone, it is recommended to choose “Email me the download” as the download option.

If you are printing at home, be sure that the file prints at 100% or Actual Size in the print settings.

Select the text you want to change and choose a different font style from the drop-down box in the tools panel.

Use the Glyphs button to open the different glyphs available for that font. Click on the glyph you want to add and then click the copy button. Once copied, go back to the text and click where you want to add the character and click Ctrl/Cmd+V to paste the glyph into the text.

Computer or Desktop:
To add an image, select the image box and choose 'Add Image' in the tools panel.
To resize an image, click on the image and use the grey CORNER anchors to drag it inward or outward.

Mobile Devices:
To add/replace an image, double-tap on the image box. The Update Image window will appear. Click where it says Click Here to Browse for Image to find an image on your device. Then click OK to add/replace the image.

!!! When dragging/resizing the image, make sure to cover the whole image box (grey area). To see the handles, you have to select the image first and drag it to the side if necessary.

You can upload the images up to 5MB.
