Custom and personalized orders
I welcome personalized orders. You can choose among any design from the listing I have, pick the color for an extra burlap flower and many more. Just convo me about your preferences! :)
Sizing details
The size of the purse and clutch are different, make sure you have full knowledge about how big it should be for you, guessing is not working. :) If you want to customize the size of it to be able to fit in certain model of iphone, just let me know.
Care instructions
*FOR BURLAP
- Dry up the burlap under sunlight if accidentally get wet, quick, because its color may gets darker if soaking up with water for too long.
- I have roughly trimmed out the burlap purse before packaging so don't over do it. You can trim out some fly-away on the edges but not the natural knots, sometimes when you overly do it it will leave a hole there. Just accept the texture of burlap itself! :)
*FOR LINEN
- Easily get wrinkle is one of the properties of linen. Just sprinkle some water on the affected area and iron it lightly will do.
- Just like burlap, overly trimming the natural knots will leave a noticeable hole there. Just accept the texture of linen itself! :)
Gift wrapping and packaging
The default packaging is getting all the purse inside a hand sewn gauze bag with a satin ribbon tied on top. If you have other preference on packaging, please let me know in first hand, I will try my best to meet up with your request.
Why should I provide my phone number?
This is case sensitive and I fully understand that private information should be kept good, but if you would like the parcel to be ship through express mail service, it's better to provide your phone number for the courier guy to easily contact you TO AVOID SHIPMENT DELAY, because all express mail service require recipient's signature. I promise that I would not use your phone number for any purpose other than this.
Can you get last minute order done for me?
Handmade items takes time to finish, and I regularly ship once a week, so if you are planning to cutting it close, please don't simply place your order, convo me first to see if I can make it.
How long would my order be ship?
Please allow 1 - 2 weeks of time for the items to reach your hand. Usually all the packages will be ship through FedEX express mail, it takes 3- 5 days to delivered. Regular registered airmail takes longer time, with 2 - 4 weeks to delivered.
