The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
If you don't like an item that you received, simply return it in original condition(undamaged, unopened, unused, unfolded, not wrinkled and quantity of original set). Customized items can not be returned.

You MUST notify us first within 7days after receiving items. We will give you a return code. Put your return code on the receipt that we sent you and ship it back to us within 14days after getting the return code.
Customers must pay for the return. We do not refund your return shipping cost and original shipping cost. We only refund for actual items.

We do not accept the following items for return or/and refund
1. Damaged due to opening the box
2. Damaged when you assembling the boxes
3. Any stains or wet
4. Less quantity than actual set quantity. (Must be in full pack)
5. Never contacted us before returning
6. Custom orders
7. After 14 days receiving a return code
8. Sale items
9. Items damaged because it was sent back in poor packaging condition
Must pack nicely to protect the items.

Please DOUBLE CHECK the SIZE and QUANTITY before check out.

We accept Paypal.
Payment must be submitted within 5 days after purchase.
If we do not receive within 5 days, your order will be canceled automatically.
If you decide to purchase after 5 days, please place a new order.
Customs fees / taxes / handling fees are not included with your payment so if there's any, you should contact your local customs agency.
Any customized items can not be canceled after 24 hours.
Please send us a message if you did not receive your package after 30 days (60 days for Central/South America, Mid East, South Africa, and some parts of islands).
We can not refund you after 180 days of receiving your payment.
Processing takes about 1-3 days
Notice -USPS could delay your package.
About 90% of the packages delivered within the time frame but the other 10% are delayed about 5-7 days.
We are not guaranteeing any delivery date with the USPS. If you want to make sure you get the package within a week, please select UPS.
