Custom and personalized orders
I do not offer custom and personalized orders through Etsy at this time.

Do posters/prints come framed?
For the most part, no.
However, some of my original artwork is available framed (for an additional cost) via the dropdown menu above the 'add to cart' button.
My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
Reach out to me via Etsy messages with photographic proof of the damage to the item and the packaging, so that I can file an insurance claim with USPS.
Once I have those photos, I will gladly ship you a new replacement item!
What's with the Pre-Orders?
Making stuff is expensive, especially if I don't know how many people are actually going to buy an item. Pre-orders allow me to cut-down on overhead and reduce the amount of stock I have laying around.
It may take 3-4 weeks for you to receive your item but it helps me out a TON and I truly appreciate your patience!
Can you ship faster to accomodate my timeline?
No and please don't ask. I ship as quickly as my full-time work schedule allows me to visit the post office.
If you order and realize that it won't arrive by the time you "need" it, you have 24 hours to cancel your order.
