Please message us directly through our Etsy store and we will discuss the return process. Our turnaround time for answering inquiries is 1-3 business days.

The buyer will pay for shipping of any items that they are returning back to us for refund or exchange.

Your item must be shipped back to the address we specify within 7 business days AFTER you receive your item.

Once we receive the item back, we will check to ensure it is in a condition that can be re-sold and then issue the refund through Etsy promptly.

Please note that carrier delays and customs processing are out of CPGM Workshop's control, as we do not work with Canada Post or USPS.

However, we do understand the frustration of not receiving your package on time. Please be patient with the delivery times as your package *will* arrive after the temporary carrier delays and customs.

Depending on where the package is going, there will always be delays at customs, as per their processes.

IMPORTANT: No refunds are provided for items that appear with "In Transit" status or during the package's transportation due to temporary carrier delays.

However, we do offer full refunds for lost items or for other reasons. Please see the FAQ below:

If you wish to return your item(s), please return them in their original conditions and packaging (if possible).

Buyers are responsible for the cost of the return label back to CPGM Workshop.

Once you have done so, please send us a message with an image of the receipt or invoice of the package you have sent back to us.

When we receive the package and ensured that the item is in its original condition and undamaged, we will issue a full refund with a receipt confirmation from CPGM Workshop.
