5 out of 5 starsLove it!!!!! The case is made to perfection flawless and great quality.. If you need a case I promise you will not be disappointed in how well the case is made. Bonus part is it can hold multiple packs of pills so you never run out and accidently skip a pill because you do not have your refills handy.

5 out of 5 starsIt just came and my pills are already in there. I use Introvale, so the packs are a little bigger. Other birth control cases I've seen are tiny and would fit probably half of one sheet. This case? I have 2 sheets in there (1 regular 4 week, 1 extended 5 week with the placebo pills). I could probably even fit a third! I'm very much looking forward to new patterns and will definitely recommend these products.

Shipping
Please make sure you have entered your correct mailing address at checkout & that you have a valid email address on file with Etsy in case I need to contact you regarding your order.
If the incorrect address was entered, please contact me immediately & I will try to fix it. If your package is returned to me, you are responsible for fees to re-ship. Once an item has shipped, it is in the hands of USPS & out of my control.
*Please note that I have noticed shipping issues with USPS happening more frequently, which causes delays in you receiving your package. I do ship out ASAP (same day or next day), but we are at the mercy of the USPS.*

Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, I welcome international orders! Please be aware of the following points when ordering:
• Any customs duties/taxes imposed by your country on imported goods are not shipping related charges, and are the responsibility of the buyer to pay.

Order Status
To track your order, please visit the “purchases” section of your Etsy account. There, you will find your order & a link to track your package. I also send shipping confirmation emails that include your tracking # once your order has shipped!
Do you combine shipping?
Yes!
Sometimes Etsy combines the shipping to a higher price than is actually required. I will refund any shipping overcharges that are over $1.00

If anything is wrong with your order, please let us know right away and we will fix it. I accept returns and/or exchanges within 7 days of when your package was delivered, with the following exceptions:
- Returns are NOT accepted on personalized, custom made styles.

- Items must be in brand new, unused condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
