Do you make custom orders?
Yes! This is my favorite thing. Message me and tell me what you are looking for and I will send you a proof of what it would look like for your approval. I can also modify any sayings to fit your needs.
How do I care for my glass?
Hand wash only please.
Do you accept cancellations?
While I do not accept cancellations, there is a 2 hour window after your order is placed. If there was any errors and you would like to cancel please message me immediately as once your order is placed I do begin to work on it. Once you receive a notification of your item being shipped, your order can’t be cancelled.
What happens if there is an issue with my order?
If there is any issues with your order such as damage upon arrival or a broken glass, please reach out to me within 5 days of receiving the product with a photo of the damage so a replacement can be sent.
As much of a perfectionist as I am, mistakes happen. I will be more than accommodating to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please note I am unable to change your mailing address once your order is placed.
I am not responsible if your item goes to the wrong address.
How do I care for my can cooler?
Please see each individual can cooler listing. Some can coolers are screen printed with ink and some are made with vinyl. This will be on the listing description.
For can coolers made with vinyl, please do not force drinks that do not fit as this will cause the vinyl to stretch and break apart. These can coolers work best for skinny cans such as truly, white claw, high noon and beer bottles. Please hand wash only.

Please note for all personalizations, I copy and paste EXACTLY how it is written on your order. Please double check and triple check all spelling. I am not responsible for any misspellings.
Bridesmaid Box Shipping
If you need multiple boxes, and place an order for 2 or more boxes in the same order, they all ship to the same address.
If you want to send the boxes directly to the recipient, an order has to be placed for each box separately.
Orders cannot be combined to qualify for the $35 free shipping, this is only available for one order that is totaling over $35.
Orders of 2 or more boxes cannot be sent to multiple addresses.
Replacement Items
All replacement items have a turn around time of 5-7 business days.
Orders waiting to be shipped take priority over replacement items, so that the orders are shipping within the timeframe when the customer ordered.
