What if my package arrives damaged or incorrect items?
When your box contains broken or wrong things, please get in touch with me right away and provide pictures as proof. Issues must be resolved within 26 business days of the package being marked as delivered. If you get in touch with me after that, I won't be able to resolve the overtime issue.
I would be pleased to address any problems, but I won't do so if no proof is provided, if unkind customers or negative reviews are left before requesting assistance, or if problems are reported more than 26 business days after the package was marked as delivered.

Before making a payment, please check your addresses. As the customer, it is your duty to provide the correct address and/or unit number. Packages lost or returned to us due to an inaccurate address are not eligible for refunds or replacements. Regretfully, neither the shipping nor the second printing can be covered by us. I can give you a discount if you would want to order a replacement (depend).
Can it be sent to Military Addresses?
Yes, however this means that the order was forwarded to the Fourth Party by the United States Postal Service and will now be distributed further. Unfortunately, USPS rarely provides tracking numbers after they have transferred the cargo to another entity.
Delivery of these purchases may take up to 30 business days, and there is an extra $10 shipping fee. We will contact you if your addresses are in a military zone. If your customer hasn't gotten the order after this time, do let us know and we'll investigate further.
Do You Accept Returns?
We are unable to accept returns at this time because we do not keep inventory and all of our products are made to order. Although we strive for quality, please contact us with photos if there is a manufacturing defect or damage during delivery, and we will try our best to get you a replacement as quickly as possible!
Do You Accept Cancellations?
Yes, in one to two hours. Since I send orders for production immediately after purchasing or after proof approval, and eight to ten hours after sending the proof and receiving no answer (if any), kindly get in touch with me quickly away if there are any errors.
