due to a high volume of orders, my PROCESSING TIME is 4 WEEKS, that does NOT include shipping time. i am a ONE woman shop + everything is made to order. i am a single mother to a young child, so i am only able to work when he sleeps. i do not process orders on weekends or holidays. orders can be shipped out before then - it just really depends on what the item is.
USPS is EXTREMELY DELAYED with shipping. i have noticed some packages are sitting at the post office for days before they are scanned into the system. the estimated delivery date provided to you through Etsy is not taking into consideration the delays USPS is experiencing all over the country. they are super delayed on scanning and updating packages and shipping times are drastically affected. i have NO control when packages get scanned or how long it takes for them to be delivered to you. once you receive a tracking # - the item is on its way to you & USPS is in control of the package. i am not responsible for delivery delays, as it is out of my hands + no refunds will be issued due to delays or packages that show delivered. we are all trying our best to get these packages to you ASAP❤️ please be a little patient.
ALSO REGARDING SHIPPING: please make sure your address is correct as i am not responsible for incorrect addresses. if a package is sent back to me, buyer will be responsible for paying an additional shipping fee to get their package reshipped to the correct address.

My only drawback is when I put all the things I carry on my badge (pen, highlighter, beads to measure cervix, and the small balls to show size of babies tummy) it would slowly extend the cord because it was too heavy. My other badge reels could hold this weight without extending.
