Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchange details
Any cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase unless production on your order has already started.

Each product is checked before being sent out, however, we understand that sometimes mistakes do happen. If your stickers are hard to use or difficult to peel when they arrive to you, please send a message so we can work out either a replacement or a refund.
Payment
Payment is required before an item is shipped. Sales tax will be applied to any orders placed in Tennessee, to comply with state laws.

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.
Shipping
Shipping is through USPS first class mail with tracking in a photo mailer.

Each order will be shipped to the address provided. Creating&Co holds no responsibility if the provided address is incorrect. We do not change addresses on orders. Any resends of orders are subject to an additional shipping charge.

If there are any tracking delays or issues, please contact your local post office with your tracking number.

If it has not arrived AFTER 21 days has passed, a domestic (US) order can be considered lost. In this case, please contact me and we will can work out a replacement.

Creating&Co holds no responsibility once package is listed as delivered by USPS.

Creating&Co is not responsible for any custom fees levied by your country.

Custom Order Policy: At this time I am unable to accept custom orders, including changes to existing sheets.

Combining Orders Policy: Due to order volume, we will be unable to combine any orders when one is on a new release day, which is usually Sunday.

During Sales:
During sales, our policies are slightly different due to the high order volume.
-We cannot combine orders during the sale or for any orders placed before or after it due to order volume
-We can not retroactively add any codes–please make SURE your code is applied before checking out
-PLEASE double check your address before checking out. We will be unable to make any changes during the sale
-We will NOT be cancelling any orders during the sale.
