How Do I Submit My Photo For A Custom Photo Badge Reel ?
You submit your photo via Etsy Convo - click attach image, get your file and then click send.
How Do I Give You My Personalization Information For My Order ?
At checkout you will see a text box that you can type me a message. Put all your personalization information in that box.
Do You Offer Refunds or Exchanges on Personalized Items ?
No, personalized items can not be exchanged or refunded. If there was a mistake on the part of Creative-Sanity then we will get that fixed for you.
What Are Your Business Hours and Production Times ?
Creative-Sanity's business hours are Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm.
If you receive a convo from me after hours - I am at home answering you on my iPhone.
Production Time is 3-4 business days then it ships. We do not like to accept rush orders because - rush orders usually cause us to make mistakes. If you would like to speed up the transit time (will not speed up the production time) you can upgrade to Priority Shipping at checkout. All orders ship USPS First Class Mail unless you purchase the upgrade.
No Rush Orders Accepted Because....
I do not accept Rush Orders because of the following reasons...
1. Mistakes can and usually will happen (by me and/or the customer)
2. The industrial glue needs to have time to dry and set before I can mail the item.
3. We process the orders in the order they are received.
Tracking and Delivery Information
Tracking:
The tracking number will update onto your Etsy receipt automatically as soon as we ship your order. Please look for tracking on your receipt in your Etsy account.
Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. The seller is not responsible for stolen packages. Seller is not responsible if you input your address incorrectly at checkout.
Delivery:
USPS tracking that indicates "Delivered" are considered as received shipments and no refunds are given for delivered shipments. We can not be responsible for the safety of each delivery location.
