Shipping
I ship all orders using Australia Post standard delivery.
Upgraded shipping is available at checkout.
International Duties and Fees:
The customer is responsible for any such custom duties or fees (please see below if you're a US, FRANCE, or EU customer). If you are concerned about paying these fees, please do your research and get estimates so you are not caught off guard when you receive your package.

Express Shipping
Important Express Post Info
All of my ready to ship orders can take 2-5 business days to process (8 to 12 weeks for pre order items). The express option is so that the order is sent by Express Post and will get to its destination sooner after it leaves my warehouse. It does not mean that your order will be bumped up to the top of the orders list. I am a one person team and each order is filled and created in the order that they are placed.
Gift wrapping and packaging
While I don't offer gift wrapping all of my parcels are sent gift wrapped!
Refunds
In short, I do not offer refunds (this includes if you have changed your mind).
If your parcel has gone missing in the postal system I will resend the package. A parcel will be considered lost if:
For Domestic shipping (Australia) it has been longer than 16 business days from the date of shipping (not the date of purchase).
For overseas shipping it has been longer than 30 business days from the date of shipping (not the date of purchase).
Duties and Fees - US
US International Duties and Fees:
It is now a US requirement that all tariffs/duties/fees are paid prior to the goods entering the US. As such, the cost of the tariffs/duties/fees have been incorporated into the cost of shipping for US customers. You will not be required to pay further tariffs/duties/fees to receive your items.
Duties and Fees - FRANCE
France import fee:
On March 1, 2026, France introduced a €2 import fee on certain low-value goods imported from outside the EU as part of its 2026 Finance Bill. In connection with this new law, Etsy will collect this fee from eligible buyers and remit to the French authorities.
The €2 fee, plus VAT, will be added at checkout per unique listing when all of these apply:

The total combined value of the items (excluding shipping) is under €150
Duties and Fees - EU
On July 1, 2026, the EU will introduce a €3 customs fee on similar low-value imports as part of Council Regulation 2026/382.
The €3 customs fee per unique item per package will be collected at label creation (also known as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)) when all of these apply:
The order ships to an EU country
The order ships from outside the EU
The total value of the items (excluding shipping) is under €150
As such, the cost of the custom fees have been incorporated into the cost of shipping for EU customers. You will not be required to pay further custom fees to receive your items.
