•Shipping Speed:
Posters typically arrive in 1 week, although it may take longer during peak holiday season.
•Missing Items:
I ship with tracking so you can track your order on it's way. If your item gets lost during transit please contact me so that I may look into the issue.
•Damaged Items:
If you received a product that was damaged during shipping, please contact me and I will gladly replace it.

•Are CreatureMaps okay for kids?:
Yes, and they are great way to introduce kids to local legends in your state! I try to keep it kid friendly.
•When will you map out my state?
Each map requires research as well as time to draw the creatures, so I can't give estimated dates. I do post updates on my blog: creaturemaps.blogspot.com
•Why isn't this creature featured on my state map?
I do my best to add as many creatures as possible. If there is a creature you'd like to see, feel free to message me.
•Why are Native American legends included?

•Are your products printed locally?
I live in a tiny town in the Appalachian mountains that does not have a print shop. I am using a non-local printing partner that I have worked with in order to get my products available, but I support local businesses whenever possible.
•Can I bulk order maps?
Yes, the minimum quantity for a bulk order is 10 posters. Contact me if you are interested. Bulk orders are available for museums and select gift shops.

•What discounts do you offer?
Discounts are are available for the following:
-Schools/Individual teachers
-Libraries
-Law Enforcement officers
-Military (Active Duty & Veterans)
-Cryptid content creators (authors, podcasters, youtubers)

•Do you include freebies with orders?
I don't typically include freebies with orders, as they take time and money to produce and I would have to raise prices to do so. I prefer to keep map prices lower so that they are more accessible to everyone. I will occasionally run special promotions offering a freebie.

•How do I get my museum listed in my state's CreatureMap?
I try to add links to relevant local museums when possible. If I missed your museum, send me a message.
•Museum websites:
Due to limited space and to prevent dead links on printed maps, I have some guidelines:
-Your museum must have a dedicated website and domain name, such as "museumname.com".
- Sites that have a domain name such as Wix or Weebly will not be included, as these are free sites that are not tied to their own domain name.
-Sites such as "visittownname.com/museum" will not be included, as the museum is not on it's own domain.
-Facebook pages are not websites and will not be included. Also I'm not a fan of Facebook in general and don't want their name on my art.

•How do I get my convention or festival listed in my state's CreatureMap?
Due to the many variables involved with conventions and festivals such as date changes, venue changes, cancellations, etc., I do not include conventions or festivals on printed maps.

I try to avoid errors and typos as much as possible by doing multiple proof readings before publishing. If you find an error that I missed, please contact me.
