Cuorerosso every piece of jewelery is handmade by me in my home laboratory in Florence.

Each piece is usually only one, at most there may be two or three replicates.
On request you can ask for an item not available (or shown as "reserved for", which will be built upon availability of material. The timing could vary from one to two weeks. Where it is specified "UNIQUE", you can not replicate it.

Using top quality products. The metals are nickel-free. For special cases of allergy, for earrings can provide the hook in Niobium, Titanium material usually completely hypoallergenic no additional cost and subject to availability.

Differences in the bill indicate that the implementation is done manually, it is a valuable factor that differentiates it from industrial production.

PayPal
Normally I only accept payments via PayPal (it is not necessary to have a PayPal account). If payment is not made within 24 hours of purchase, I will consider the order canceled.

TRANSFER
At the specific request you can pay by bank transfer, in which case contact me for all the indications of payment. Goods will be shipped only upon receipt of the transfer receipt sent to me by my bank.

Shipping

REGULAR SHIPPING

Shipments will be made to your Etsy address . Please make sure it is correct. In case you want that the shipment is made to another address, just comunicarmelo in the " note to seller " at the end of purchase.

Usually send goods through Registered 1 through Italian that is not traceable. For objects of special value and I prefer to use registered mail with insurance in this case, please contact me so that I can change the shipping.

Shipments to the United States are more because I always send in a further protective box in category "Fragile" . If you want to ship in a simple envelope , please contact me and I will modify the shipping cost .

I ship orders every day from Monday to Friday after I received the payment. For orders made on Friday the expedition is planned for the following Monday .

Reception time is estimated by:

6-8 working days for Europe;
1-2 weeks for Canada ;
1-2 weeks for Australia ;
1-2 weeks for the United States .

Most orders should arrive within the time described but sometimes, depending on weather conditions and holiday periods , it may take longer . I can not be held responsible for delays due to postal problems .

All of my items are shipped in padded envelopes to ensure their integrity. If you order multiple items and want them to be wrapped separately , please let me know in the " note to seller " . Let me know if you want a special gift in the package insert or a personalized greeting card , I will be sure in the package insert .

FAST SHIPPING

ITALY ***
For buyers Italians living in Italy the shipping is free .
If you want a faster shipping , ie, within 24-78 hours , traceable , the cost is 10 € for each part of Italy ( including the islands ) and to get this service please contact me via Etsy conversation before ' purchase. UNITED STATES ***
To get the goods in 3-5 working days , especially during holidays , i can ship by air with FedEx courier with parcel traceable inside and outside the Italian borders. In this case the shipping cost is 30 Euro ( $ 39.6 ) .
