How long does it take to make my item? What is the current production time?

* My current production time for made to order items is approximately 7 - 10 business days and your receipt will reflect your ship by date.

* Read to ship items have been created previously, are in stock and ship within 1 - 3 business days.

* Orders that include both made to order and ready to ship items will ship according to the current production time for the made to order items.

What happens if I choose Priority Mail for shipping?

* When you choose Priority Mail as your shipping option your item will ship via Priority Mail on the ship by date indicated on your receipt.

* Choosing Priority Mail does NOT alter your ship by date. If you need an item faster than the current production time allows please contact me through Etsy for possible Rush Order availability prior to making a purchase.

Where can I find my ship by date?

* Your receipt (under "Purchases & Reviews" in your Etsy profile) will reflect your ship by date which is generated based on my current production time.

* Orders that include both made to order and ready to ship items will ship according to the current production time for the made to order items.

* Choosing Priority Mail for shipping does NOT change your ship by date it only speeds the time between the date of shipping and date of delivery.

* Need an item faster? Please contact me through Etsy for possible Rush Order availability prior to making a purchase.

I need an item fast!!! Can I pay to Rush my order? How much are Rush Order fees?

* If you need an item quickly please contact me for Rush Order availability PRIOR to making a purchase.

* To rush your item I need to add time to my work day so availability depends on my current schedule at the time in question.

* The fee(s) for Rush Orders (for made to order items) is $15.00 for a single item and $10.00 for each additional item. This fee also upgrades shipping to Priority Mail.

* Rush Order fee(s) are added to the current retail price including applicable shipping as currently listed.

I am an INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER from outside the United States. Are VAT, GST, HST, other taxes, duties and or customs fees etc included in the total purchase price?

* No, these taxes/duties/customs fees are NOT included.

* International customers are solely responsible for ALL customs fees, VAT, GST, other taxes etc. If you live outside of the U.S. you may be subject to these taxes/charges/fees when your order arrives and they are your responsibility as the buyer.

What is considered a custom or personalized order/item?

Custom and personalized orders/items include all made to order items (e.g. armlets, palm cuffs, rings, special requests et al) and as such these items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Can custom or personalized items be returned or exhanged?

No, because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns of exchanges for:

* Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
* Items on sale
