I accept Paypal, Credit Card, Debit Card and Etsy gift card for orders.

Once your order has been made, all pieces will be completed within the time specified and agreed during quotation stage.

Custom and ready-made stationery requires a 50% deposit before starting any design work. Due to the one-of-a-kind designs the deposit is non-refundable.

Shipping costs vary for each custom and ready-made piece and are dependent on the amount and weight of the items and your location.

Your shipping address is always checked before your order is posted via Tracked and Signed for shipping. When your order has been shipped you will be provided with a tracking number to keep an eye on the whereabouts of your order.

All orders are sent from my studio in South London, UK. If you're outside the UK you may incur an additional charge for customs.

Orders within the UK usually take 1 - 3 days
USA, Europe and the rest of the world usually take between 4 - 10 days.
Please note for international orders they can sometimes be held in customs for up to 30 days.

Whilst I take great care in packaging all orders, loss, damaged or undelivered goods may occur. If this unfortunate incident does happen I will resend your order within seven to ten business days of you notifying me.

I work with you to create personal custom stationery from your stye, personalities and your big day. The time it takes for custom work to be completed varies, and is dependent on the illustration, painting and the pieces themselves. I also work with you to come up with a time frame that is tailored to your needs.

DO YOU WORK WITH INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS?
Yes, I most definitely do! I've worked with many international couples and have had the pleasure of creating pieces for couples in Australia, United States of America, France, Italy, England, Ireland and Scotland and love working worldwide!

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Once you've got in contact for your custom stationery order I'll arrange to meet over Skype, or in London over coffee, and discuss your stationery further. I'll then go away and begin the design work. Once you're happy with the design and direction, you will be sent a proof of your stationery via email. Once you approve the proof, I'll send your custom order to be printed, cut and packed and I'll notify you when it's on it's way to you.

WHAT PAPER STOCKS DO YOU OFFER?
I offer a wide range of paper stocks to choose from and provide the best recommendation for your custom design. They range from specially handmade to solid colour and beautiful textured pieces.
All paper are fully recyclable, biodegradable and FSC certificated. I carefully select paper from various paper mills in the UK. Paper off-cuts are either re-used or recycled for packing and other studio uses.

HOW IS YOUR STATIONERY PRINTED?
I offer a variety of printing methods including; professional digital, ink pressed, foil letterpress and screen printing. The more traditional hand printed techniques may cost more, and would take slightly longer to create as they are printed individually for their special quality.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY PIECES?
Orders are either shipped tracked and Signed for via Royal Mail or Parcelforce // or // hand delivered if you're in London over some congratulatory cake! Shipping times are dependent on your country of residence and may take slightly longer. If your order is urgent don't hesitate to get in contact for more information.


COPYRIGHTS
When the final payment has been received your pieces will be printed and sent to you. All designs created remain copyright of CuriousMe Design and cannot be replicated, scanned, traced or reproduced in any way without written consent by me.

I love to share the pieces I'm creating and reserve the right, with permission, to show and display designs I'm working on during the creating process and after when the pieces have been completed. This may be as part of a blog post, my portfolio, in magazines, at a fairs and on social media on instagram, facebook & twitter.

All information that you give to CuriousMe Design stays in safe hands.
We only will use your information from; your names and big day or special event details, to your guest names and addresses, email conversation to create your stationery.

Once your stationery is created we delete all info within three months of your big day or event.
