VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE READ
It is possible you may experience shipping delays through the post office at this time due to volume. I ALWAYS ship by the stated time frame in the listing or one that has been communicated in an etsy message but I am not able to guarantee or predict a delivery time frame. Also USPS tracking may not update on the day it is actually shipped. Many times tracking takes several days to update but please feel confident that your package has been shipped. If you have a tracking number you can enter it into the USPS web site and turn on text alerts if you would like updates on any package.

To all my wonderful customers: Hope you are staying well. A huge thank you to all the medical, grocery, delivery, trucking and pretty anyone and everyone who is out there making a difference during this crazy time. No one could do this without you!
a few notes: At this time I am still conducting business as usual. It is advised that when you receive a package you may want to take extra precautions with the packaging due to not being able to know who it has come in contact with. Also please note that as of now I am able to still mail through the post office and but deliveries have been delayed to certain areas and may continue to be delayed. I am also still able to receive supplies. If any of this changes I will let any customers know.
Please stay well and practice smart social distancing so hopefully we can all move through this situation in the safest and quickest way possible.
***PLEASE READ****. Thank you so much for your interest in my shop. When deciding to place an order please DO NOT place an order that is needed to be delivered within two days or less of the order date. Orders can not be received in this short of a time frame. If you still choose to order, If a note is left at checkout that the order is needed in this time frame it will still be shipped in the order it was received and a message will be sent to let you know that the date requested is in no way guaranteed. If the order does not arrive by that date it will be your responsibility to return the item if you choose to do so and pay return shipping and also only receive a refund for the amount of the item minus the original shipping.
If you need an order quickly but in more than 3 days please contact me FIRST. Many times, but not all times, quick delivery is possible and I always try to do that but this needs to be communicated before any purchase is made so that clear delivery times are understood by both me and the customer. Any order with a note left that says ship ASAP will be shipped in the order that it was received unless prior communication has been made. Hope everyone has a blessed day!

Frequently asked questions
How long does shipping take once my item is shipped?
Due to the covid 19 pandemic shipping times are a little harder to predict. At this time you may likely experience delays. I can not give estimates that would be accurate.
Can you guarantee a delivery date for my item?
Unfortunately the answer is no. I never make promises for a specific date because once I mail the package i am at the mercy of the post office. I do however do everything I can to make sure your item is delivered to you as quickly as possible.
What if I need an item in a short amount of time?
Please contact me if you need an order by a specific date I am glad to help you. I never guarantee any delivery dates but will work with you and advise you of realistic delivery time frames.
what are the differences in the back types you offer?
At this time I offer 4 different back types.
pin back are for wearing and have a pin on the back
flat back have no pin and are completely flat with a metal back
hollow back have no pin and are indented
magnets have a strong magnet meant for a fridge etc.
Can I choose which designs i would like from the listing and have more of some and none of others?
Yes. If you would like a different combination of designs than what is pictured I can do that no problem. If you purchase the listing that you like in the notes to the seller you can list the ones you want /don't want and quantities and I can switch them out. The note is VERY important because it ensures that I will make exactly the ones you want.
Can you change the colors of the designs?
Usually the buttons only are able to made as shown in the pictures. I have a few listings (gender reveal) that can be changed. If you are needing a specific color it is best to contact me in an etsy message and I can give you a more specific answer as to whether I can do that or not.
What if my item was not able to be delivered because of an incorrect or invalid address?
Order that are returned to me I will immediately refund you the cost of the item(s) minus any shipping that was paid. I will also send a message to let you know that the item can be repurchased if you would still like to receive it making sure that you double check the address that etsy has provided me for shipping.
Do you accept returns?
If you would like to return your item please contact me first for more information. Returned items are only refunded the cost of the actual item minus and shipping charges. You will also be responsible for the return shipping. Please DO NOT return any items without contacting me first.
In the VERY rare case that an item is damaged please send me adequate photos of the item showing the damage and depending on the situation you will not be required to lose any shipping costs and will receive a refund for the damaged item.
What does mark as gift mean?
Marking an item as a gift simply meant that no receipt showing any prices will be included in the package. If you have left a message that will be included in the package. MARKING AS A GIFT DOES NOT MEAN FREE GIFT WRAPPING. At this time I do not offer gift wrapping.
