Can I return earrings?
Earrings are not accepted as returns for hygiene reasons.
Custom and personalised orders
Earrings: All of my earrings are made with silver plated fittings. Sterling silver fittings are also available; please message me for more information.
Necklaces: My necklaces use 6x10mm lobster clasps. If you require a larger clasp, or a different style, please message me to discuss this.
There will be an added processing time and additional cost to all orders which require custom fittings.
Exchanges
Purchases excluding earrings can be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value than the original purchase. If the replacement item costs less than the original purchase, the balance will be refunded to you. If the replacement item is more expensive, you must pay any additional costs before the item is dispatched.
