Why are there new shipping prices for non EU countries?

Due to new customs laws taking effect since January 1st 2021 the sending of normal mail to out of EU countries is only now available for documents and printing. This means any other object that goes through customs must be declared be it personal or commercial mail packages.

Because of that non-EU orders that I send from Dalbibit Studio are now constricted to postal package. You can add a tracking option to your order, check each item for details!

Please note that import duties, taxes and charges aren't included in the item price. Those charges are the buyer's responsibility and not Dalbibit's Studio's.

Why does my order take so long?

Currently due to COVID-19 mail transportation is slower. Orders going out of the country through air are constricted to the number of flights getting out of the airport, which are considerably low.

I want your order to reach you fast as much as you want them to.

I ask for your patience and understanding as the situation is out of my hands.
