All our frames are handmade, starting from an original frame inherited or discovered in one of the small antique shops that have stood the test of time.

The frames are cast, molded, and lacquered, and a soft piece of felted fabric has been added to the background to protect your walls. Yes, we also thought about that.

You can clean the framed with a soft, dry cloth or with a duster. We recommend cleaning the acetate that protects the illustrations with a soft cloth, such as the one used for cleaning glasses or computer screens.

Our small handmade frames are solid enough to arrive safe and sound to anywhere in the world. But unfortunately accidents may happen.

In case your order was damaged during the transportation -fragile is just a word in postal services- please contact us and we will find a solution.

We don't want customers with broken items and broken hearts.

All our items are shipped from Madrid -Spain- as certified with insurance that covers lost packages.

Please keep in mind that unfortunately shipping estimates ARE NOT delivery estimates. These may vary depending on climatology or if your package was randomly held in customs for inspections.
