Frequently asked questions

How long will it take to make my order?

Current production times are 3-4 weeks with some items taking 6-8 weeks to be made, if you need your piece more quickly please let me know. I am typically able to fit rush orders in my schedule if I know right away!

How long does shipping take?

Once your items have been made, domestic Priority shipping takes just 2-3 business days and international Priority shipping takes 1-2 weeks.
Select Priority Express shipping at checkout for domestic overnight shipping or international 1 week shipping. (This time is in addition to creation time, contact me to confirm your order will arrive by the date you need.)

Is there a fee for rush orders?

There is no fee for rush orders. If I am able to accommodate making your piece more quickly I am happy to do so at no charge, just contact me! Remember, there is a price difference for expedited shipping if you need it, but in many cases we can still use standard shipping.

Can you make custom pieces?

I love to make custom pieces! If you have an idea, or just need a customization of an existing piece, contact me and I will be happy to help!
