1 out of 5 starsIf I squint maybe it looks as described... I was a fair bit disappointed with this item as I had plan to gift this to a friend. It's very opaque and not as clear as in the photo but what bothered me the most was the strong chemical smell when I opened it... I honestly think the resin wasn't fully set before it was packed because when I touched the tray I got a sticky residue on my fingers. :(

Hi Cheri, I apologize if you were disappointed with your item. Unfortunately, the first I heard of your dissatisfaction was through this review, which was also made 3 months after I had shipped your order out. I did message you as well to see if there was anything I could do to resolve this issue, but I received no response. I make everything by myself by hand, and I would have been happy to issue a refund or exchange to sort this out. I always am very sure to let my resin cure for the recommended time and have never had an issue with it not being set so I am unsure how this could have happened. Nevertheless, I am very understanding and would have appreciated finding a resolution with you rather than receiving a 1-star review on my business 3 months after the order was delivered. 4 out of 5 starsThe dish was a tad smaller then I was expecting, but that’s on me as I should’ve read the description. The color is super pretty, but there are air bubbles and rough edges along the bottom and the whole thing is not as clear as advertised. Still super cute and I’m happy with it, just not exactly what I was expecting.
