My order is passed due, when will it ship??
While the posted turnaround time is something I try my very best to keep, sometimes there are so many orders that come in that it sets me back. Your order will ship as soon as it is ready and tracking information will be sent.
I am an international customer and the tracking information says my order is still in the United States. Where is it?
All orders are shipped via USPS. With that being said, tracking information stops as soon as orders leave the country. Rest assured your order is on the way and will reach you shortly.
My stand arrived broken. Can you replace it for me for free?
Simply put: no. Every stand is carefully wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap and shipped in a cardboard box. Any damaged items should be reported to USPS in the form of a damage claim.
I tried putting my stand together and I broke it in the process, can you replace it for me for free?
No. We have no way of knowing how you handled your stand when putting it together. Every set of stand arms are measured and each base is specifically cut for those arms to ensure a proper fit. If you break your stand, it is not our responsibility to replace it for you.
I am having difficulty installing the arms into the base of my stand. Is it defective?
No. Simply flip the base over and try installing the arms on the other side. If your stand has an engraved base, then the arms should definitely be installed with the engraving facing up.
