• If you've placed an Order, your anticipated ship date is in your Order Details.
⁠• USPS Priority Mail upgrade will typically speed up the transit of a package (typically 1-3 business days), but it does not reduce our production or processing times.
⁠• We cannot rush your Order, as this is unfair to our other customers who placed their Orders before you.
⁠• We are not responsible for postal service delays. Once a package leaves our hands, we cannot control how long it takes to arrive to your address. However, feel free to reach out and we'll send you info on how to file a Missing Mail request with USPS.
⁠• All communications must be through ETSY CONVO. Please don't send us messages on social media or email about your Order.
