I purchased this scarf as a gift for my mother's birthday. It arrived more than two weeks later than the communicated shipping date, therefore missing my mother's birthday. I told her to not even bother sending it and requested a refund but she claimed it was already in the mail, even though based upon the post date it was shipped after my message was sent. Very disappointing experience, my first negative one in all my Etsy purchases.

I thought this would be a chunky scarf, but it was very narrow and thin compared to what I was expecting based upon the pictures. I also tried to cancel the order 5 minutes after hitting submit to attempt to order a different color instead. She refused to take a refund and told me to read her return policy.
