5 out of 5 starsI am a former ballet dancer so I am well acquainted with tiaras and Queen Maxima’s has always been one of my favorites. I feared that it was sold out so I am thrilled to have this. The earrings beautifully complement it. Both are expertly crafted, perfect in reproduction, and delivered in a presentation box. I chose the silver finish, but its a lovely option in gold as well. Fast delivery, securely packaged. So happy and can’t wait to wear both on my birthday! Thanks for the kind note.

Exchange Policy
de Gray's Collection sells only quality hair adornments and jewelry made with meticulous care. I am 100% confident in the quality of my items and carefully inspect everything before thoroughly packaging and shipping. I understand sometimes there is a need to make a exchange.I am reasonable. However,I am a "micro business" and have to put some conditions for exchanges into place. Returned items ( see policies below for details) will be accepted for EXCHANGE ONLY or store credit.Store credit will be issued for difference in exchange item's value. I encourage you to read ALL of our policies below and contact us with any and all questions about our products and/or policies before placing an order! Thanks so much for stopping by!
Exchange Process
• Returns for exchange: If you need to return items for an exchange please contact me ASAP. I'm sorry, but I cannot offer refunds at this time. Items must be shipped back to de Gray’s Collection within 30 days of receiving your order. Items returned to de Gray’s Collection must have an official postdate stamp that is reflective of the 30 day allowable return period or they will be marked “Return to Sender” and sent back. I am truly sorry but I have to abide by this timeline, no exceptions...I've been burned. If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
Undeliverable Packages & Refused Deliveries
• Items are considered offically delivered once they have reached their destination & USPS or alt. shipper has confirmed delivery. I cannot accept a return for an exchange or refund after a parcel has been delivered and is sitting at the post office /delivery address past the allotted time given for refunds/exchanges.
• Items that have been deemed “undeliverable” by post office, or alt. shipper & have been returned to de Gray’s Collection, will not be eligible for an exchange/refund. Packages sent back to de Gray’s Collection because the addressee has" refused delivery" will not be eligible for refund or exchange.de Gray’s will repost item or 'Return to Sender".Please contact me if you have any issues!I am reasonable & will help if I can.
Worn Items
• Worn Items: For hygienic reasons, I cannot exchange pierced earrings . Hair adornments and other jewelry that has been worn cannot be returned for exchange . de Gray’s Collection reserves the right to refuse a return for exchange if we deem that an item has been worn and not in “new” condition . Items returned broken, scratched, dirty etc. etc..are not eligible for exchange. Gift box must also be returned and in the same new condition it was in when you received it. I am reasonable, but I’ve also had enough retail experience to know if an item has been worn then “cleaned up” and returned.I'm not a costume rental company. Like most Etsy shops, de Gray's Collection is a small business & cannot absorb losses like corporate retailers can.
Damaged Items
I THOROUGHLY inspect, wrap/insulate your items before shipping. All jewelry is delicate and should be handled with care .Keeping your jewelry away from heat, sun,chemicals (including hairstyling products!They dull sparkles!) , children :) etc. is advised. I recommend keeping your items in their box in a safe area when not in use. My jewelry is made with care, using only quality jewelry components and will last, as long as they are taken care of. I cannot offer exchanges on items damaged via personal mishandling.I'm happy to answer any questions regarding proper care,so feel free to contact me!
Late Delivery/Customs Delays
Plan ahead & allow enough time for shipping. If your order needs to be in your possession by a certain date, please allow enough time for delivery and choose your delivery method wisely. This is especially important if your order destination is outside of the U.S.A.Not all delivery methods offer parcel tracking .. just so you know. I ship items absolutely no later than 1-3 business days after receipt of order. I cannot be held responsible for parcels held up in customs or arrive late due to issues with the post. I cannot issue an exchange/refund because your parcel arrived late.
Packages Stolen After Delivery
• Stolen Packages : I’m very sorry but I cannot give a refund or a replacement, if your package is stolen after it’s been delivered. Package theft is such a maddening “trend”! Also, I just learned (from Postmaster @ my local post office) that USPS will deny insurance claims on packages that are scanned as delivered & are then stolen. USPS considers it “the customer’s responsibility to provide a safe, secure delivery location." I STRONGLY encourage all of my US customers to request Signature Upon Delivery .This way your package will not be left on the porch when no one is home. All you need to do is email me when placing your order.I offer this service for free if parcel is being delivered in the USA by USPS or UPS PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT!
Parcels Lost/Damaged in the Post
• Lost Parcels/Damaged in Post: de Gray’s Collection will purchase additional delivery insurance (via USPS or other shipping providers) if need be, to insure that all of our customer's orders are covered for “replacement value”. If a parcel has been lost or damaged BY POST, de Gray’s Collection will submit a claim with the postal insurance company.If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos of the damages & send them to me ASAP. ONLY if and when post office claim is approved and refunded to de Gray’s Collection, will a replacement be reshipped or refund will be issued.
Free Shipping / Shipping Time & Providers
As with everything else, the cost of shipping has gone up considerably. For this reason, orders eligible for FREE SHIPPING are being shipped via the shipping provider that is most cost effective/best value. In many cases, this means USPS 1st Class or Ground rate via USPS, UPS etc. These shipping methods will take longer ( approx. 2-8 days in USA ). I don't always use the cheapest method & if faster delivery doesn't cost that much more I usually choose the faster one. COVID-19 is still a factor in shipping times but is improving in the USA. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING- please give yourself ample time for shipping & choose the best shipping method 4 you. Regardless of destination or shipping method, I cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date.
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN
All items at de Grays Collection are intended for ADULT USE ONLY.As a mom myself, I know how quickly little hands can grab things that they shouldn't so....please, please, please keep your tiaras and other jewelry out of the reach of children. Crystals & other jewelry components used in de Gray's items are a potential choking hazzards.Nothing sold at de Grays is made for or approved for children's use.
I try to use packaging that can be recycled and/or repurposed. Most of my packaging is made from paper and not treated with fire retardants.Please keep all deGrays Collection packaging away from flames. Keep all packaging out of the reach of children.
