I'm writing a public response to remind others that I am a real person and I am (very) reachable via message. I am a shopper as well and I understand that no one likes to waste money on things they can't use and I am not forcing customers to keep something they are not happy with. But resolutions cannot be reached without you contacting me first to let me know what's happening. This customer had the item for almost 2 months but never messaged during that time. I only saw the review because I happened to scroll through it. It's unfortunate that this was the outcome. Thank you, Maiko

If you put your ear to the clock movement, you will hear the ticking sounds but otherwise you will not hear the ticking sound.

How quickly can I have my order in my hands?

Please message me with specifics. This is the best way to get my attention and I can respond.

It's not what I expected. Can I return the item?

All items are returnable. Please contact me with your reason for return and I will respond with an instruction. You will be responsible for the shipping cost for returning the item safely but you will still get the majority of the cost back from the refund.

If your order has arrived damaged, please contact me with photos of the damages shown so that I can respond accordingly.

Can I customize the planner?

Depends on what you want customized. I typically accept custom orders between February-October.
