4 out of 5 starsThese are great at my kitchen sink and are just as pictured. The only downside is that the etching doesn't show through very well with clear liquids in the bottle. It's very subtle. Still like them very much!

5 out of 5 starsThis soap dispenser is high quality and beautiful. The dispenser is the best I've ever had. It arrived very quickly, in a well protected package. My only slight disappointment is that when I put my dish detergent in it, the beautiful etching became unnoticeable. I use a clear detergent, perhaps one with more color would not obscure it so much. But overall, I am well pleased and would recommend.

What is a printed label?
Pigment is mixed with ground glass to create an ink, then applied directly to the bottle with a stencil. They are then cured at 1200 degrees F.
How do I clean the bottle?
To clean off any soap residue on the design, rinse under water and rub the soap off with your fingers.
How do I take care of the trays?
Both the wood and concrete are porous materials. They are sealed, which will protect it from splashes of water, but any pooling of water in or under the tray may cause damages. Over time the sealant will wear off and can be reapplied.
What is the warranty for the pumps?
If there are any issues with the pump within 2 months of purchase, we will send a replacement pump.
What do I do if my items arrive broken?
We do our best to package product well to prevent damage but sometimes things happen. If your product arrives broken, email us a photo of the broken item and a photo of the shipping label on the box. We will ship you a replacement as soon as these photos are provided.
