I sent him photos of the second broken one and he sent me a third, with no charge to me. The third one arrived today and it’s perfect!

Yes, depending on the products available in store, deeWheel can customize the collection with one or more different items. For example, deeWheel can replace one (or more) of the items in the Harley-Davidson Collection AA with one (or more) of the items in Collection BB or Collection CC. Just make sure that the items to be replaced will be available by contacting deeWheel before the purchase.
