Gave it one less star because the seller forgot to send the lid of the carafe. However, the seller quickly responded to my message and mailed the lid to me. Item is in good condition, very pleased with my purchase.

I really don't like giving bad reviews. To be fair and honest I must follow the feedback system. I did read other feedbacks and I did familiarize myself with the shop shipping policies stating "I can only get to the post office once a week." After close to one month item had still not been shipped. I message shop, receive no reply but item was shipped out the next day. Received item only to find the head of the doll broken off. This could not have been done in the shipping transit although the item was only in a plastic bag with no protection but to break off a neck knot you would need ALOT of sideways force. This certainly wasn't mention in the original listing so I again messaged the shop with no reply. Bottom line I can not recommended this shop. Slow shipping, no communication, items not as described.

Better communication would have been appreciated. Knowing the seller was not able to ship right away would have been nice to know and better packaging would have helped my item to arrive unbroken :(
